Swift CRM allows you to send SMS & email notifications to your customers, starting from their registration till the end. These can be customized according to your needs and requirements.

You can easily send a link to your customer asking for their registration details, or for feedback once their project/docket/work is completed.
You can also send custom SMS anytime to a specific customer, be it regarding payments or their inputs or anything else.

Swift CRM also notifies you or your staff of important activities related to the project/docket/work through email. Even these messages are customizable, allowing you and your staff to receive notifications in a way you want.
